sweet sweet green paper

Mark asked: What'd you get?

So glad you asked... my daughter gave my husband and I a set a luggage along with a 4 day/3 night vacation in Key West! Not bad, eh?

Certainly makes me forget everything between her ages of 12 and 16...

I also got some of the green paper Albert mentioned, so I took it to the store and picked up some CDs. Coincidentally I too got Wilco, but mine is Yankee Hotel Foxtrot and it's the first I've heard it. People have told me I'd like Wilco, so I thought I'd give it a listen. I like it.

I'm looking forward to curling up with "The Fearless Freaks" (Flaming Lips documentary) or "God's Politics" by Jim Wallis. I guess it will depend upon my mood. Oh, and Santa also brought me a MIghty Mouse for my mac.

Mrs. Winkerbean has a blog, too!? Sweet.

As per my written instructions that I entrusted to my 12 y/o, I, too, received the Born To Run box set. Haven't had the chance to open it yet, though. Other gifts that come to mind are the digital camera, a great pic of the hubby and kids, and of course, the family gag gift...the golfer doorstop.
