Food that I enjoy...

I saw this on America's Test Kitchen.  They made Macaroni and Cheese.  The ultimate comfort food for me.  My mom used to make it with Velveeta.  She made it whenever something good or bad happened to me.  When I broke my arm, moved out of the house, had my babies and other milestones and sicknesses. 

I don't have a recipe for my version of it.  I use Velveeta, (the light kind) Cheddar and Swiss.  The boys say that elbows are the best noodles.  I say that the best version of it is when the noodles have a hollow space for the cheese sauce.

Yum... I think that I may be getting hungry.

I'll have to make you some of my famous homemade macaroni and cheese. The boys are right..its best with elbow macaroni. I don't use Velveeta or swiss, but I have a 'secret' ingredient. I'll make you guys some the next time I make it. Its good, if I do say so myself.
