This weekend our close-knit block is welcoming back former neighbors who moved to Syracuse a while ago. This will be the last time most of us will get to see them before the birth of their second child.
This weekend our close-knit block found out that one of our neighbors has been given a week to live. After battling breast cancer for a few years, this mother of four has been sent home from the hospital to make the most out of her last days.
This weekend the ladies on our close-knit block are hosting a wedding shower for a young neighborhood girl who, along with her twin sister, was for years the primary babysitter to every parent on our block.
This weekend our close-knit block found out that the on-again off-again marriage of one of the neighborhood couples is officially done, and that their house will be going on the market.
This weekend has been crazy for our close-knit block.
